Shipping Policy

How can I check if you deliver to my pincode?
We currently deliver to most pincodes in India. If you want to confirm your pincode, please mail us at trivedha@gmail.com.

What are the delivery charges for my order?
Shipping is free for all prepaid orders above INR 1000, shipped within India.
A Standard Shipping Charge of Rs. 95 (non-refundable) will be applicable to all orders under Rs. 1000.
For Cash On Delivery orders, below 1000/- we charge INR 145/- and for order above INR 1000/- we charge INR 50 as handling charges (non-refundable).
For international shipping, we charge INR 1500 for orders under INR 20000. For orders above INR 20000, we provide free shipping worldwide.

When will you ship my order?
We process and ship your garment order as soon as we are confident that we have achieved the required perfection in your garment. All our products are made to order and it typically takes 4-7 working days to ship out the order from our warehouse in New Delhi, India.
How long does it take to deliver my order? (How long will you make me wait before delivering my order?)
All orders usually take a delivery time of 3-10 working days (all days except Sundays and Public holidays) within India, from the purchase date. For international orders, please expect delivery in 12-20 working days.

What if I want my order to be delivered ASAP?
We understand that there are times when you order for a specific occasion and want the delivery to be made immediately. For times like those, we do offer 48-hour shipment based on available capacity. For this, please write to us at trivedha@gmail.com and we will try to make it happen. Please note, an extra surcharge of INR 199 per order would be levied for the same.

Can I ship to multiple addresses at the same time?
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to multiple addresses at this time. We recommend placing separate orders for each address.

How can I track my order?
To track your order, you can login your Rig Ayurveda account and choose “My Account” to view your order details. You can also contact customer care at trivedha@gmail.com . We’re available on all weekdays (except Sundays and Public holidays) from 10.00 am to 7.00 pm. If you do not have a DailyFashion account, then please follow the “Track Shipping” link in your confirmation email or mail us your order no. and email id using which you had placed the order, we will check and share your order status.
